Our Future
Lecavalier Cellars will be nestled in the rolling hills of historic Penryn, California, off Taylor and Callison Roads. Our future site will feature an indoor tasting room, outdoor patio, private tasting room, exclusive reserve retreat, one-of-a-kind cave, walking paths, wine processing viewing area and exquisite restaurant. From the top of the tasting room, guests will have a panoramic view of the Sacramento Valley, Sierra Nevadas, and Placer County.
Our property encompasses 175 total acres, over 50 of which are already planted with vines. In fact, most of our land is dedicated to open space and vineyards with less than 1/10th of a percent used for development and facilities.
In 2025/2026, Penryn, CA, will welcome a breathtaking new addition to its landscape: a luxurious winery nestled on 175-acres of picturesque rolling hills.

50-acres of our winery are already planted and thriving including the beloved Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Malbec and Barbera varieties. Grapes that you may not be too familiar with but will delight your tastebuds are also growing, like Carmenere, Tempranillo, Vignot and Touriga.
