The tasting room we have planned for our future winery isn’t just for the visual experience, the height serves an important function in our winemaking process. Gravity filtration in winemaking is a method used for clarifying and stabilizing wine by using gravity to separate solid particles from liquid. The gravity filtration process greatly contributes to sustainability in the winemaking process in several ways:

Energy Efficiency – Unlike forced filtration systems that require constant energy over a long period of time, gravity filtration purely relies on the natural force of gravity.
